How to sign up to Cosnautas?
It's very easy:
- Go to the «Registration» page.
- Fill in the boxes, click «Confirm» and go to the following page.
- Select the type of subscription you wish to buy.
- If your subscription is not free, make the payment using your preferred method (PayPal or credit card).
- Activate your account by clicking on the link sent to your email address.
- Select «Sign in» on the «Home» page and enter your credentials.
How to purchase a gift subscription?
- Click on this link, also available on the «Home» and «Registration» pages.
- Select the gift subscription you wish to purchase.
- Fill in the information requested.
- Make your payment.
What is the difference between Cosnautas Basic, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português and Platinum?
- Cosnautas Basic: access to all free resources (Árbol de Cos, SME, IRIS, DIC, Covid-19, DPS, Cercaterm).
- Cosnautas Español: access to Libro Rojo + free resources.
- Cosnautas Français: access to MedLexic + free resources.
- Cosnautas Deutsch: access to Medizin + free resources.
- Cosnautas Português: access to DDD + free resources.
- Cosnautas Platinum: access to all resources.

Can I try paid resources before buying a subscription?
Absolutely. Sign up for Cosnautas Basic (completely free). Once you activate your account, a 7-day trial period begins with access to all paid resources.
How to change or renew my subscription?
- Click on «My subscriptions» in your profile menu (top right).
- Click on «Purchase or upgrade subscription».
- Select the desired subscription and complete payment if applicable.
What does «Connection limit exceeded for this user» mean?
With an individual subscription you can only connect from one device or browser at a time. This message means you have more than one active session. To fix it, log out from other devices or wait for the session to expire automatically.

Request invoices, redeem codes, discounts.
How can I request an invoice?
During the purchase process, on the «Payment method» page, check the box «I am self-employed or a company and I need an invoice» and fill in the fields. The invoice is generated automatically and sent by email.
How can I redeem a subscription code?
- In «My subscriptions», click «Purchase or upgrade subscription».
- Check «I have a code to redeem for a subscription».
- Enter the code and click «Confirm».
How can I use a discount code?
- In «My subscriptions», click «Purchase or upgrade subscription».
- Select the subscription and click «Continue».
- On «Payment method», enter the code in «Do you have a discount code?» and click «Apply».

How can I hear the pronunciation of headwords?
Most resources include speaker buttons in each entry. Click on them to hear the pronunciation of the headword in its corresponding language.
